Description

We are seeking a Trainee Laminator to join our team in Brackley. As a Trainee Laminator, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality carbon fibre components and tooling by following established processes and work instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and assemble components in accordance with work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret drawings, patterns, templates, or technical information to ensure work is completed accurately.
  • Follow route cards, job sheets, and production instructions to meet customer and company requirements.
  • Carry out tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure products meet the required standard.
  • Identify and report any issues with materials, instructions, or processes that may affect quality.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve quality, efficiency, and working practices.
  • Maintain equipment and tools in a safe and serviceable condition.
  • Ensure the work area is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and quality objectives.
