Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Glasgow Silverburn.
You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working with mechanical equipment, and ensuring our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store where needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store
- Adapting quickly to keep things moving, from early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day
Work Pattern: Week 1: Sunday 04:30-12:30, Thursday 04:30-12:30 Week 2: Wednesday 04:30-12:30, Saturday 04:30-12:30
Unsocial Premium: + £3.00 p/h for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
Christmas Period: All successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
Age Restriction: This job role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18 years or older.
