Description
We are recruiting a French Native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow-up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
- Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
- Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
- Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
Requirements:
- French Native speaker is required (FR)
- Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
- Analytical skills.
- Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
- Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
