Regional Sales Manager (Abuja)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Oversee and expand sales coverage across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Zenith Bank branches and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of ZSM and FSE's.
• Track KPIs, analyse sales data and present insights to Bancassurance Sales Manager and management.
• Ensure sales processes are efficient and compliant with NAICOM regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve effective sales results.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base in the region.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and motivation.
• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present regional sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to Bancassurance Sales Manager.
