EOI | Project Supervisor EOI | 8:6 Roster FIFO | Various Sites

Sodexo is seeking a Project Supervisor to join their Projects Team, working across multiple locations within the Pilbara region.

The successful candidate will report to the Project Lead and be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing major and minor project programs, while providing advice and support to work teams and contractors.

Key duties include:

• Supervising employee relations and managing work crews and contractors
• Ensuring timely evaluation and scoping of work requests prior to approval
• Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings
• Ensuring safe execution of maintenance work
• Delivering minor and capital works
• Managing the planning and execution of unplanned work
• Reviewing work execution performance and taking corrective action
• Managing and reviewing events
• Providing input into the development of work strategies
• Ensuring end-to-end process compliance

The ideal candidate will have:

• A trade-relevant qualification with equivalent industry and organisational experience
• A Working at Heights Licence and Construction White Card
• Previous work experience within the mining sector is highly regarded
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
