Description
We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Trial and site administration: tracking and reporting, ensuring collation and distribution of study tools and documents
- Document management: preparing documents and correspondence, collating, distributing and archiving clinical documents, assisting with eTMF reconciliation, and executing eTMF Quality Control Plan
- Site Start-Up responsibilities: collaborating with other country roles to provide and collect investigator forms, obtaining and tracking study insurance certificates
- Budgeting, Agreement and Payments: developing, controlling and updating country and site budgets, negotiating and maintaining contracts, tracking and reporting contract negotiations, calculating and executing payments
- S/AE Claim Management: supporting Financial Clinical Operation Manager for coordinating meetings, updating and maintaining tracking tools, developing and maintaining settle agreements, and coordinating payments
