As a Development Director, FC Live Platform Operations, you will lead the FC Live Platform Operations team, responsible for the overall health, effectiveness, and operational readiness of the FC live service. The team owns critical operational capabilities, including service performance monitoring, release management, player insights gathering, player-facing communications, and coordination of major milestones such as the launch of new FC titles.

You will work closely with the Area Producer to establish priorities, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure the team is positioned to deliver high-quality results that support the FC live service and broader FC business.
The team operates in a hybrid model, working onsite in Vancouver three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
