Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define, market, and support Sims FreePlay at Electronic Arts' Firemonkeys Studio in Melbourne, Australia.

The Senior Product Manager will report to the Director of Product and work closely with development teams and stakeholders to understand the market, identify opportunities, and provide analytics insights for live operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide new experiences and features to players
• Maximize titles' acquisition, engagement, monetization, and fun
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team
• Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Oversee the development stages to ensure the final product meets defined requirements
• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
• Analyze games industry market trends and competitor strategies
• Manage virtual economies and economy models
• Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance and identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within consumer web and e-commerce products
• Experience using Excel or BI tools to build dashboards and produce insights
• Experience in a B2C product management environment
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends
