EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst - FC Quality Verification

Electronic Arts is seeking a game product expert to drive critical activities that support creating an optimal player experience. The EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst will report to the Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create data-driven insights, reports, and presentations to showcase trends and players' sentiment
• Help promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying 'the voice of the player'
• Be an advocate of 'the voice of the player' by creating a bridge between FC Live Platform Quality Verification and partners
• Promote improvements across functional quality, with a main focus on experiential quality
• Monitor internal communication channels, public discussion forums, and social media platforms to help identify player-affecting issues and collect players' feedback
• Coordinate with Production to prioritize recurring player feedback effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Quality Assurance
• 4+ years of experience with testing and defect tracking software, preferably Jira
• 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Synthesize community feedback and player sentiment into clear, relevant insights that can be discussed with producers and Live Operations partners to improve the player experience
• 2+ years of experience writing reports and providing updates to stakeholders
• Knowledge of gaming consoles and their systems
• Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Confluence, Miro, and Slack
• Experience working across different time zones and international teams
• Understanding of football tactics and in-game strategies
• A genuine love for football as a fan, player, referee, gamer, or coach
