Coordinator - Engineering

We are seeking a Coordinator - Engineering to join our team at Multimatic in Newmarket, Ontario.

The successful candidate will assist in coordinating all engineering changes, monitor task lists to ensure actions are completed by due dates, and facilitate systems training for ECN and parts lists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating engineering changes and monitoring task lists
• Facilitating systems training for ECN and parts lists
• Maintaining change management KMIs
• Checking customer websites for new information and downloading relevant data
• Controlling, maintaining, filing, updating, and tracking documentation, drawings, materials, and specifications
• Archiving documents and maintaining the archive database
• Keeping the Platform Manager and other personnel informed of new customer requirements
• Following departmental and general procedures
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Abiding by company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Working in compliance with Environment and ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Adopting and practicing Kaizen principles and participating in Kaizen and GEAR activities
• Performing SAP tasks such as updating X-plant material status and drawing documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

• A university or college diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail

The total cash compensation range for this position is $42,640.00 - $63,627.20.
