Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will lead the design and execution of roadmap enhancements to Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating complex business requirements into precise specifications
• Managing the product backlog and priorities
• Identifying and addressing challenges during product development
• Providing mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to track progress
• Sharing the vision and purpose for product development efforts
• Evolving the business logic governing your domains of expertise

To be successful, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Demonstrated experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects
• Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic and produce precise written specifications
• Loyalty product or industry experience is a plus
• Familiarity with UX research and best practices is a plus
• PMI-PBA/CBAP/CSPO/PSPO certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
