Depositions by Filevine is building a network of dependable, detail-oriented commissioned notaries public to provide critical support during remote legal proceedings. As a Digital Reporter, you will facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth, troubleshoot technical issues, safeguard transcript quality, administer oaths, and conduct proceedings in accordance with established procedural scripts.

Qualifications
- Active Notary Public license in Arkansas
- Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace
- Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work during standard business hours
- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software
Additional Qualifications
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) Certification from the Arkansas Secretary of State
- Must be physically located within the State of Arkansas while performing all remote notarial acts
