Senior Technical Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own two high-leverage areas in our publisher business: products for enterprise publishers and monetization infrastructure. You will operate with strategic clarity and technical rigor, driving product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• _Product Strategy & Roadmap_: Own a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap; identify opportunities through analysis and competitive intelligence; define success metrics.
• _Structured Discovery & Technical Requirements_: Engage with enterprise publishers; write PRDs and technical requirements; partner with engineering on architecture and data pipeline design.
• _Execution, Delivery, & Stakeholder Management_: Drive the full product lifecycle; remove blockers; build relationships with publishers and internal stakeholders.
• _Team Development_: Mentor junior PMs; raise team standards; create an environment for growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex, technical products.
• Ecommerce experience required; understanding of retail, shopping ecosystem, and performance-based models.
• Technical background strongly preferred; CS, engineering, data science, or equivalent.
• Strong data instincts; experience with affiliate/performance monetization; ability to manage enterprise or partner-facing products.
• Desire to develop and manage other PMs; comfort operating in ambiguity.
