As a HIL/SIL Integration Engineer, you will integrate, automate, and test proprietary HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) / SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) / MIL (Model-in-the-Loop) environments to verify and validate controls for driveline and powertrain subsystems, aiming to improve Design Verification (DV) efficiency and reduce testing time on prototype vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of proprietary HIL/SIL/MIL applications across powertrain and driveline variants.
- Verify and validate SIL/HIL applications.
- Support end-users with issue resolution and new use case development.
- Collaborate with the SIL/HIL modeling team to enhance correlation between SIL/HIL data and physical vehicle data.
- Develop tools and maintain scripts to expedite SIL/HIL application integration and delivery.
- Develop and maintain test cases to improve simulation quality.
- Create and update documentation for tools, testing methods, and processes.
- Partner with the CI Tools and Infrastructure team to define requirements and architect Continuous Integration pipelines for SIL/HIL applications.
