Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Development Manager to join our web team and contribute to the development of our e-commerce strategy and online sales activity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the definition and deployment of the e-commerce strategy, focused on recruitment, conversion, and customer loyalty
  • Developing the online B2C and B2B business through our digital platforms and indirect channels (marketplaces, partner sites, and affinity sites)
  • Administering and optimising the Shopify store to continuously improve commercial performance and user experience
  • Contributing to the implementation of traffic acquisition and visibility plans (SEO, SEA, social media, 360-degree communication)
  • Supporting the international development of sales by activating relevant acquisition levers for different markets
  • Optimising the customer experience and performance of the purchasing process according to e-commerce best practices and UX/UI principles
  • Building and deploying the annual commercial animation plan: promotions, sales, product launches, and event operations
  • Ensuring consistency of e-commerce actions with key retail events
  • Implementing and analysing A/B tests to optimise the search engine and purchasing processes
  • Monitoring, analysing, and communicating performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Conducting permanent sectoral and competitive monitoring to inform strategic recommendations and action plans
  • Managing digital projects and external service providers: gathering requirements, prioritisation, coordination, budgets, and quality control of deliverables
  • Guaranteeing the quality, reliability, and compliance of content, product catalogues, and e-commerce flows
  • Mobilising and coordinating internal departments and external partners
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience and brand reputation across all digital channels

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A higher education qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in managing an e-commerce activity
  • Solid experience in administering and optimising a Shopify store
  • In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem: payment solutions, logistics, after-sales service, marketplaces, and digital performance tools
  • Proficiency in graphic creation tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive activity using performance indicators and web analysis tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Autonomy, rigour, and good organisational sense
  • Excellent analytical skills, prioritisation abilities, and result-oriented approach
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills in multidisciplinary environments
  • Excellent writing skills and professional English language proficiency
