Senior Manager, Product Management - US Card

As a Senior Manager, Product Management - US Card, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact product initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of customer empathy, business strategy, technological innovation, and transformational leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of US Card Recoveries onto Capital One's next-generation data infrastructure
• Accelerate the evolution of the Agent & Customer Assist Platform
• Drive delivery for the Card Credit Bureau Disputes team
• Develop Conversational AI solutions
• Own the design, strategy, and execution of fraud's new model data strategy product
• Lead the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing
• Or, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Salary ranges:

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300
• McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100
• New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300
