Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Leamington Shopping Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, flexible role, available Thursday 16:00 - 20:00, Friday 16:00 - 20:00, and Saturday 17:00 - 21:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
