Sales Trainee - Menomonie

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects, and maintain customer relationships for large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program to become eligible to interview for Account Sales Manager roles
• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including products and brand standards
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building to drive sales

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
