Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for aiding in the planning and execution of Red Bull's field marketing initiatives, with the mandate of creating the most locally relevant face of our global brand.

The successful candidate will report into the Field Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing owned and supported events, fostering new and existing partnerships, and managing a group of Student Marketeers in product sampling and seeding on campus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Regional management of consumer collecting program, including recruitment, training, and management of a team of university students
• Marketing innovation and priorities across key playgrounds within sport and culture
• Organizational capabilities and enabling structure, including expertly managing a group of Student Marketeers and working alongside HQ teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of event marketing experience
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships, and budget management
• Strong understanding of sports and culture landscapes
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Strong leadership, initiative, and communications skills
• Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines
• Strong prioritization and organization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Valid full Driver's License
• University or college graduate, ideally with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Events Management
