Product Development, Senior Principal/Principal (Associate Director/Senior Manager)

We are seeking a Senior Principal/Principal (Associate Director/Senior Manager) in Product Development to drive the development and implementation of saving products.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategies and explore new product ideas
• Lead and implement product design and development cycles
• Collaborate with channels to deliver product initiatives
• Conduct focus groups and training sessions
• Develop and review product literature and materials
• Oversee quality and manage timelines
• Participate in taskforce and regular meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards
• Lead product maintenance tasks and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• University/College graduate with 10-15 years of experience in insurance industry or related background
• Solid experience in product development and operation workflow
• Creative with innovative thinking and customer-oriented
• Good problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
