Team Leader Inhouse Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Inhouse Sales to lead our customer service team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational and technical excellence of our service department. You will lead a team, manage KPIs and processes, drive technical problem-solving, and ensure high customer satisfaction from initial contact to final solution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop an operational customer care team
• Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to order fulfilment and final solution
• Manage daily operations and monitor relevant KPIs and SLAs
• Handle escalations and key account management with a focus on transparent, solution-oriented communication
• Take responsibility for order handling, including order recording, deadline monitoring, coordination with logistics, service, and internal interfaces
• Continuously optimise processes along the customer journey, including digitalisation and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical, product management, and finance teams
• Provide operational support in daily business, particularly for complex issues

Requirements:

• Completed studies or comparable education, preferably in a technical, commercial, or operational field
• Leadership experience or clear leadership personality from an operational environment (customer care, service, logistics, order processing, production, etc.)
• High customer orientation, very good communication and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy organising, developing, and designing processes for operational teams
• Familiarity with basic key performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs) and digital tools
• Very good German and good English language skills
