Process Coach

We are seeking a Process Coach to join our team in Chihuahua, Mexico.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and support manufacturing work groups
• Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met
• Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives
• Monitor ANDON occurrences and respond as secondary support
• Verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
• Support Kaizen and coach problem resolution
• Meet JPH, FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets
• Build Team Leader and Team Member capability
• Create a conducive work environment for the team
• Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
• Ensure adherence and compliance to the FPS Key Unifying Processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Leadership skills combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Safety and Quality experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of constraint management principles
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
• CNC machining experience
• Helium leak stand experience
