We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Belfast Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be. You will be a team player, adapting to change at the last minute and providing support to your managers and colleagues.
As a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, you will champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience. You will live and breathe the Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks, recreating the magic for customers and offering advice and guidance. You will follow the company grooming standards and pride yourself on knowing your customers are returning to you.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You will have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs. You will be flexible to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts.
