LGV 2 Driver AM

We are seeking an LGV 2 Driver to join our team in Nottingham, working Monday to Friday, 04:00 to 13:30, with overtime available. As a driver, you will operate various LGV vehicles, collecting and emptying bins from our trade waste customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders
• Collect and empty bins from trade waste customers
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle
• Maintain good communication and customer service skills

Requirements:

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures
