Specialist Sales Operations & Reporting

We are seeking a Specialist Sales Operations & Reporting to join our team at Porsche Schweiz AG in Rotkreuz. As a Specialist Sales Operations & Reporting, you will have overall operational responsibility for sales reporting at Porsche Schweiz AG.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate weekly and monthly forecasting and planning processes
• Collaborate on annual sales planning with a focus on sales targets
• Analyse, prepare, and interpret market and segment data for the Swiss automotive market
• Manage order processing and new vehicle disposition for SUVs within the Swiss dealership network
• Support importer's fleet processes, including planning, marketing, invoicing, and logistics
• Assist with incentive claims processing, focusing on SUVs
• Ensure operation and further development of relevant systems and tools

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales, planning, or operations within the automotive industry, ideally in retail
• High numerical affinity, analytical skills, and process understanding
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work style
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of additional IT systems is beneficial
• Excellent German and English language skills; French language skills are an advantage
