Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at New Mersey Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a busy retail environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring you to work early mornings, including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
