Active Sourcing & Recruiting Partner

We are seeking an Active Sourcing & Recruiting Partner to join our team at Porsche Consulting GmbH. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for critical and highly relevant positions up to C-1 level.

Your main tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies in close collaboration with senior leaders
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and identifying high-potential candidates
• Utilizing modern tools and technologies, including AI-powered solutions, to optimize efficiency
• Providing guidance and support to senior partners and other stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of our employer brand and talent acquisition strategies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in business administration, business psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and active sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to overcoming obstacles
• Experience with modern recruitment solutions and technologies
• Fluency in English and German
