Description
As a Senior Manager, Safety at Airbnb, you will own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of Global Operation's most sensitive and highest-severity specialty services.
You will be accountable for KPIs, people and the overall health of the business, with direct exposure to user-safety, regulatory and financial-loss risk and the authority to make final calls on complex, irreversible decisions.
Your expertise should include:
- Strong end-to-end frontline operations management experience in a customer-facing environment
- Highly agile , able to pick up new skills, services and queues quickly
- Advanced people leadership, performance management, coaching and mentoring experience
- Comfortable operating hands-on with junior leadership
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with visibility to sensitive, confidential and potentially traumatic content
A typical day will involve driving delivery performance across the portfolio, leading and growing a multi-layered leadership team, partnering with global process leads and eliminating functional silos, managing senior and executive stakeholders, and working with the long term in mind to reduce the volume and severity of complex cases.
The base pay range for this role is ₹4,900,000-₹7,000,000 INR.
