Description
The Boeing Company is seeking a Flight Simulation Software Engineer (Associate, Experienced, and Senior) to join the Flight Simulation I Labs team in Dayton Beach, FL. This role involves software development for tools and models within the simulation infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, documents, and maintains architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for simulation software systems
- Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop simulation environments to support testing performed by Mission Systems engineers
- Works on an agile team to accomplish team goals
- Executes and documents software research and development projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- 2+ years of professional experience programming in C++
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience programming in C, C#, Python, Java, or Ada
- Experience in Modeling and Simulation
- Experience in the defense or avionics industry
- Experience working on an Agile team
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Salary Range:
- Associate: $92,650.00 - $125,350.00
- Experienced: $118,150.00 - $159,850.00
- Senior: $149,600.00 - $202,400.00
