Description

As a senior consultant, you will support HR Reporting and Analytics to solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing workforce metrics, trends, and statistical models to solve information problems
Developing related predictive analytics and supporting standard reporting and data analysis needs
Assisting support team members with understanding data and meeting user requirements
Participating in project work groups with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to support data-specific needs

Key tasks will involve:

Creating and maintaining standard management and ad hoc reports
Providing quantitative comparisons of data points using statistical analysis
Gathering requirements based on customer needs and collaborating with subject matter experts
Communicating findings in a clear and simple manner with excellent written and oral communication skills

You will also be expected to:

Ensure confidentiality of records and HR information
Execute reporting and analysis with a focus on process improvement
Support running models and reports to analyze workforce data
Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables

Requirements include:

Minimum three years of analytics experience in a relevant field
Experience in proactively identifying, prioritizing, and delivering small to mid-size projects
Basic process design and mapping skills
General knowledge of measurement and statistics
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Basic proficiency in data visualization applications (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
Basic proficiency in SQL
