Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the Grow Squad at Wise, a global technology company that enables fast, convenient, and affordable cross-border money transfers.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with the Scalable Platform product team to identify risks and build controls to ensure sustainable growth. Your primary focus will be on strategy and governance, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Scalable Platform product team to identify and mitigate financial, regulatory, and operational risks
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake
- Apply statistical rigor to solve complex product problems using Bayesian statistics, causal inference, and Python
- Provide commercial and risk insights to balance growth targets with necessary risk controls
- Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through storytelling and data visualisation
Requirements:
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of unit economics in fintech products
- Experience with statistical analysis and modelling using Bayesian statistics and causal inference
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex problems
