As an SAP HCM Expert, you will be part of a team responsible for end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules encompassing all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all project phases, including planning, designing, development, integration, functionality testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Drive and/or participate in requirements confirmation discussions and requirements gathering workshops
• Perform fit-gap analysis as needed to assess the feasibility of client requirements and identify gaps in standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and participate in overall configuration management
• Continuously support the development of the service offering and value proposition

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related disciplines
• 5-15 years of experience in large-scale and complex SAP/HR system implementation and project management
• Experience in 3+ aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities
• Experience working with clients on requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration, and application support
• Ability to document and present solutions using various methods
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus
