Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist in GPS Technology.

Principal responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements grooming and solution design; break down tasks and drive end-to-end delivery
• Build and maintain Python backend services/APIs with good engineering practices (logging, monitoring, error handling, security)
• Develop and improve AI Agents (orchestration, tools, retrieval, guardrails), and integrate them into business workflows
• Ensure solutions are testable and maintainable; write unit/integration tests and contribute to code reviews
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance, stability, and user experience

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong Python development experience (FastAPI or similar web framework)
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs / AI Agent capabilities into applications (agent workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation)
• Solid CS fundamentals (HTTP/networking, OOP, design principles)
• Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows; strong problem-solving and communication

Additional skills that will be good to have:

• Experience with RAG (vector database, embeddings), prompt/version management, and agent safety/guardrails
• Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability (metrics/logs/traces), performance tuning
• Experience in financial services, regulated environments, or high-concurrency systems
