Striker (Reprezentant Teritorial Vânzări)

We are seeking a Striker (Reprezentant Teritorial Vânzări) to join our team in Slobozia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating the implementation of the Red Bull Perfect Store concept in a set of retail and impulse stores within a defined geographic area. This includes ensuring availability, visibility, communication, and optimal product placement to maximize sales of all Red Bull products.

Responsibilities:

• ACOPERIRE TERITORIALA: Manage key customers in your area of responsibility, perform regular visits to clients to avoid stock-outs, and efficiently cover all agreed locations at optimal frequencies.
• DEZVOLTAREA CONCEPTULUI DE "PERFECT STORE": Increase brand visibility in your area of responsibility by introducing new products, placing refrigerators and temporary stands, and building quality distribution through effective communication.
• MENTINEREA UNUI NIVEL OPTIM AL STOCULUI DIN MAGAZINE: Collaborate with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels of Red Bull products, ensure correct exposure of the Red Bull portfolio in all channels, and increase product awareness.
• ADMINISTRATIV: Use internal platforms to track progress, manage Red Bull marketing materials, and maintain accurate data entry in internal systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, in Ialomita/Calarasi county
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to build and develop quality relationships
• Good sales skills: communication, negotiation, and objection handling
• Clear understanding of Off Premise channels (retail, impulse, non-traditional)
• Commercial knowledge and understanding of commercial mathematics
• Reporting skills
