Senior Privacy Manager

Keywords Studios is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Privacy Manager to join its Global Privacy & AI Governance team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Privacy & AI Governance.

This high-impact global role will lead the Privacy Operations function while driving key elements of the Global Privacy & AI Governance program across 70+ studios in 25+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement core elements of the Global Privacy & AI Governance Framework
• Line manage and mentor the Privacy Operations team
• Manage Privacy by Design and AI in products, services, and external tooling
• Lead efforts to embed Privacy by Design and ethical AI guardrails into service lines and internal workflows
• Identify the need for and execute Transfer Impact Assessments and Legitimate Interest Assessments
• Make independent recommendations on complex privacy and operational AI matters
• Manage data subject requests and data incidents
• Monitor the global data protection and AI regulatory horizon
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, AI Strategy, and Information Security teams to ensure alignment of privacy and AI practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead privacy and AI awareness and education for employees

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in privacy management
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior team members
• Extensive knowledge of GDPR and other relevant global privacy regulations
• Developing knowledge of the EU AI Act and other relevant global AI regulations
• IAPP qualifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, and AIGP are a bonus
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex privacy and AI matters into simple insights and advice
