FBS Senior Copilot Studio Developer

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

This role is for an AI & Automation Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain products and services across multiple cloud platforms.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to established architectural design patterns, governance standards, and security controls.
• Evaluate business needs, define functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Develop secure and efficient updates or enhancements to cloud-based solutions.
• Familiar with methodologies, various programming languages, Infrastructure as Code platforms, and automation tools.
• Consult on cloud projects of varying complexity.
• Apply engineering concepts and principles with current architectural and governance guidelines.
• Review architectural designs for applications to ensure reliable and performant design patterns are implemented.
• Experience with running and scaling distributed software systems.
• Define and track operational metrics for production performance, reliability, scalability, and availability dimensions.
• Assess the production readiness of new cloud platform services and define operational characteristics and maintainability.
• Create and maintain runbooks/playbooks.
• Support documentation as it relates to all aspects of the cloud platform implementation and operational support independently.
• Develop and maintain complex scalable automation pipelines.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code methodologies to provision, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Proven skills with troubleshooting sessions.
• Work with application teams, analyzing logs and data, open service requests, work with vendors, partners, and drive problem resolution.
• Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions while identifying and developing plans to address long-term trends or issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Automate.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn evolving AI technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
