We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Shaw. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our in-store pharmacies.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and friendly experience for customers, discussing personal health issues with confidence and sensitivity
- Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions
- Driving awareness of additional services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews
- Supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes
- Collecting prescriptions from doctors' surgeries on behalf of customers

As a Pharmacy Colleague, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress in your career. We'll support you in becoming a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant and Dispensing Assistant within 6 months.
