Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer to work on the EA SPORTS™ NHL team in Vancouver, British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating narrative content for players, working closely with the production and design team.
Job Summary: As an Assistant Producer, you will work on updating player, team, league, and arena databases, as well as verifying data entry and researching current database entries for updates throughout the hockey season and off-seasons. You will also provide live launch support, aid in creating writing content, and work with NHL producers to understand targets and priority changes.
Responsibilities:
- Update player, team, league, and arena databases

- Manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables across teams
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in game design and/or production, preferably on a live service with tight deadlines
- Shipped at least one AAA title as a producer or designer
- Passion for and deep understanding of hockey
- Good knowledge of the EA SPORTS NHL franchise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in the game of hockey and leagues around the world
- Keen eye for small details and live changes to the real hockey world
- Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously on individual projects
- Strong advocate for the end-user experience
