Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and technical side of product development.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features
- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance
- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology trends and technologies
As a Technical Product Owner, you should have experience with:
- Managing end-to-end fraud detection product delivery
- Contributing to the evolution of the corporate Fraud Detection product vision and product roadmaps
- Creating business outcomes, business user stories, non-functional requirements, and process flows
- Supporting agile ceremonies, stakeholder expectation management, and understanding of fraud risk & control framework
- Demonstrating experience and understanding of the corporate banking channel estate
Highly valued skills may include:
- Experience and understanding of the Barclays model development lifecycle
- Working experience of re-platforming, migration, and data-driven back-end projects
- AI-assisted functional & tech spec-driven development
- Competence in the use and application of JIRA
