FBS Associate Data Scientist

We are seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our team, working remotely in Brazil.

Job Summary: As an Associate Data Scientist, you will utilize basic knowledge to apply analytics and modeling techniques to improve business results. You will perform routine assignments, leveraging customer information and behavioral data to influence strategic business decisions using analytics, multi-variate models, machine learning, and data mining technologies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Apply conceptual knowledge of consumer analytics, including retention models, agency economics, and lead optimization.
• Utilize basic programming, ETL, and modeling methods to execute projects.
• Execute on low-complexity business challenges involving data science.
• Develop presentations and communicate complex technical material to non-technical associates.
• Deploy basic to intermediate models via established MLOps techniques.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (highly preferred).
• Bachelor's degree with relevant internship, project, research, or professional experience demonstrating strong data science and analytics capabilities.
• Minimum 1 year of data science experience.
• Experience with Python, Python libraries, and SQL.
