Description
We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Sterling, VA. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests.
The starting pay range for this position is $24.75 - $26.75 per hour, with a full pay range of $24.75 - $42.05 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily and weekly visual workloads to support business priorities and sales goals
- Conduct visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visual execution and guest experience
- Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store
- Support the execution of the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and visual standards
- Train and develop team members to improve their visual merchandising skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales
- Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of our brand
- Ability to lead and influence store teams
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
