Strategic Capture Manager, USG Data Agencies (R6187)

Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Capture Manager, USG Data Agencies to lead engagement strategy and design capture plans involving Government and Military Data/AI agencies.

The successful candidate will guide, shape, and inform Data/AI agency relationships and influence AI policy and requirements across Shield AI's software and simulation portfolios.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI's software and simulation portfolios, with a focus on Data/AI offices at senior USG and US Military agencies.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic program wins with USG Data/AI agencies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across key USG / US Military AI decision makers, including offices such as the DoW Chief Data / AI Officer (CDAO), DoW Chief Information Officer, and critical Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) and executive branch agencies.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 230,000 to 350,000 per year.
