Technical Program Manager

You will lead programs that reshape how thousands of engineers build, release, and qualify software that powers the semiconductor industry at Synopsys, the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems.

You have spent a decade learning that rolling out a new process across 30,000 people is not about writing the perfect document, it is about understanding why the team in Bangalore does things differently than the team in Munich and finding a way that works for both.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading corporate-level engineering transformation programs that change how Synopsys develops, releases, and qualifies software products across global teams
• Defining and rolling out scalable processes for product development, release management, and compliance, working directly with product teams to ensure adoption sticks
• Guiding cross-functional product teams through industry standard compliance requirements, translating regulatory and market needs into executable engineering plans

The base salary range for this position is $189,000-$283,000.
