Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health in Brownsburg, IN. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy team to deliver operational and service excellence within our store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Ensure smooth pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment and inventory management
- Provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations
- Operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts
- Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback
- Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs
- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional standards
Requirements:
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- Must be at least 16 years of age (if the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program (if the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

Schedule:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Shift times are not flexible: Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 9 pm
- Every third weekend required
Pay Range:
- $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
