Description
We are seeking a Senior Elkonstruktör to join our team in Karlskrona, Sweden. As a Senior Elkonstruktör, you will be responsible for leading electrical construction projects from early stages to completion, including managing internal work, communicating with customers, and overseeing technical aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Manage internal work and communicate with customers on contract and economic matters
- Plan and drive technical issues, coordination, and daily work management with team members
- Develop studies, designs, investigations, and cost assessments throughout the project
- Mentor and provide knowledge to junior consultants
Requirements:
- Civil, high school, or equivalent engineering degree with an electrical focus, or equivalent experience in the field
- Extensive experience in the electrical industry, including large and small projects
- Previous experience in consulting or contracting
- Knowledge of AMA EL and experience with MagiCAD on Revit or AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
