Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. You'll work through the night, specifically Wednesday 20:00 - 05:00, Thursday 20:00 - 05:00, and Friday 20:00 - 05:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing five-star service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
You'll receive a + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
