Sales Trainee

This is a training role that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position.

You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.

Your main tasks will include:

• Maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format 'off premise' stores
• Servicing customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards
• Understanding and learning the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products
• Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
• Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Obtaining all tools to execute the daily plan
• Effectively communicating with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Covering Account Sales Manager routes as needed
• Meeting daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising
• Supporting the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
