CNC Grinder

We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join our team at AVL SCHRICK Performance Components GmbH in Remscheid, Germany.

As a CNC Grinder, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and optimising CNC round and profile grinding machines independently
• Creating and programming CNC machine programs and adapting them as needed
• Producing high-quality prototype shafts with high precision and quality requirements
• Preparing tools, clamping devices, and measuring instruments, using them properly, and ensuring their maintenance
• Independently checking part quality based on inspection plans and ensuring compliance with all quality requirements
• Identifying production deviations early, analysing causes, and developing practical solutions for process optimisation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in CNC grinding, ideally on round and profile grinding machines
• Knowledge of CNC programming
• Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment
• High quality awareness and independent, structured work style
• Technical understanding and pronounced problem-solving skills
• Completed training as a cutting mechanic/schleiftechnik or related qualification
