ACCRA Press Line Operator

We are seeking an experienced ACCRA Press Line Operator to join our team at Multimatic. As an ACCRA Press Line Operator, you will be responsible for production and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on an assigned ACCRA press line.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining ACCRA press line controls, including startup and shutdown procedures
• Performing part and quality checks at specified intervals
• Assisting the Senior ACCRA Tech with troubleshooting and resolving unplanned downtime issues
• Conducting press changeovers on the assigned ACCRA press line
• Collaborating with tool and die teams on basic die maintenance during production runs
• Recovering press, equipment, and robots from error or faulted positions
• Maintaining accurate production documentation, including changeover documents, production boards, and downtime records
• Making minor process adjustments to ensure part quality
• Leading and maintaining 5S standards
• Working collaboratively with other production operators on ACCRA lines
• Communicating effectively with other ACCRA Techs across shifts
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating with all levels of associates
