As a Program Manager in Twilio's Professional Services team, you will develop and deliver comprehensive technology solutions through consulting engagements across all of Twilio's products and channels. You will guide customers through implementation best practices, provide solution design support, and ensure successful platform adoption using Twilio's APIs and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Set, manage, and meet customer expectations with regard to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure customers have an excellent experience, see value from solutions, and generate revenue for Twilio.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout engagement delivery.
- Oversee engagements that lead customers through various stages of Twilio implementation.
- Partner with other Twilio Professional Services team members to design, configure, and implement solutions.
- Lead a team of technical resources to architect solutions, configure systems, write custom code, and set up product integrations.
- Proactively analyze customer usage patterns, technical health, and implementation approaches to identify optimization opportunities.
- Send status reports, action logs, and other necessary project artifacts as outlined in the customer contract.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience implementing or delivering software solutions, preferably SaaS-based solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative to drive projects forward even under ambiguous circumstances.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software configuration, data mapping, and API integrations.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience implementing, configuring, or managing Twilio-related technologies.
- Experience creating delivery frameworks, implementation methodologies, and reusable solution patterns.
- Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, Six Sigma, KANBAN, or KAIZEN.
- Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum.org.
Location: Remote - Colombia
Travel: Approximately 10% annually
